Foodpanda led food delivery in Pakistan but wasn’t part of Gen Z and millennials’ daily scroll. We fixed that by making Pau Pau the face of a social reboot, launching TikTok and turning Instagram into fun and relatable reels, and building “Foodpanda karo” and “Sambhal lega” into skits, memes, and trending moments that lived right where our audience does. Soon the brand became a feed favourite.
